Why Vela QR

A QR code without a platform in the middle.

The content is encoded into the QR image itself and generated on this page.

01

Direct encoding

Your content is stored directly in the QR code, without a Vela QR redirect link.

02

Browser processing

QR content is processed in your browser rather than sent to a Vela QR backend.

03

No account

Generate and download without creating a profile or starting a subscription.

04

Portable PNG

Save a standard PNG for print or screens and keep the file yourself.

Your code, outside our control

We Can't Deactivate Your QR Codes.

A downloaded static QR code contains the content you entered. It does not need to call Vela QR when someone scans it.

After download, VelaQR cannot change or deactivate the encoded QR code. The destination itself must remain available.

Static vs. dynamic QR codes

FAQ

Do VelaQR QR codes expire?

VelaQR generates static QR codes. The QR code itself does not depend on VelaQR after download. If the QR code links to a website, that website still needs to remain available.

Can VelaQR disable my QR code?

No. Static QR codes contain the destination directly inside the QR code. VelaQR does not control the QR code after you download it.

Do I need a subscription?

No. You can generate and download static QR codes without a subscription.

Do I need an account?

No account is required. The current version does not use a database or user profiles.

Does VelaQR track scans?

No. The static QR code points directly to its encoded destination, so VelaQR is not involved when it is scanned.

Is my content uploaded?

The generator runs in your browser. This static version has no backend for receiving your QR content.
